Who is responsible for the data?

To be completed: identity of the data controller and official contact details. No legal entity details, tax number or address have been provided.

What does the form collect?

Name, email and message / goal. You may also provide your location, type of home and existing equipment. The form records your contact authorisation, the date and a technical enquiry reference.

Anti-spam measures use a temporary token. When shared rate limiting is configured, a key derived from your email and, if configured, your IP address may also be used. The details and duration of this processing remain to be reviewed.

For what purpose?

The intended purpose is to assess and respond to your home enquiry. The authorisation shown in the form applies to that contact.

To be reviewed: the applicable legal basis, authorisation wording and information to provide before collecting data.

Who receives the data?

To be completed: recipients, email provider, infrastructure services and any international transfers. No transactional email provider has been selected at this stage.

For how long?

To be defined: retention periods for enquiries, emails, technical logs and anti-spam keys. No retention policy has been established.

How can you exercise your rights?

To be reviewed: applicable rights, how to exercise them and the controller's official contact channel. General information is available from the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
